Long live Uruguay. The ancient Switzerland of America is becoming again the most attractive country in the world. According to Transparency International almost no corruption (compare with the spaniards, please...). Democratic government, democratic tradition, highest standards of literacy, free universities, free hospitals. Come to "Europe", see the crisis in Spain & Greece and for sure you will realize uruguayans they are again the Switzeland of America (perhaps more democratic and developped in terms of everything than Switzerland).
